Tender pieces of steamed chicken fillet bound in a wild mushroom with fresh herb sauce In a puff pastry vol-au- vent.

Prawn Cocktail
Succulent steamed red prawns, shredded ice berg lettuce, topped with Marie rose sauce served with farmhouse brown soda bread.

Sea Food Chowder
With poached salmon, smoked cod, mussels, prawns in a creamy fish sauce with potato, carrots, leek, onion & fresh herb served with sour dough bread.

The Dubliner Burger
Smoked streaky bacon, Dubliner cheese, onion ring, tomato, red onion, lettuce, fried egg, Ballymaloe country relish.

Prime Irish Nature Beef Fillet
Pan-fried to your liking 10 oz beef fillet served with fresh chunky chips, sautéed mushrooms and onions with a choice of sauces creamy black cracked pepper sauce or garlic butter.
